Overview pyramid

Every resolution level of a GeoTIFF. 3D pyramid: click a level to focus it (camera stays put), click again or hit the zoom button to inspect it face-on; drag to orbit, scroll to zoom. On the map: swipe two levels against each other at real resolution on a basemap. First run installs rasterio (~1 min).
